Serena has previously completed our lounge and study area with curtains and blinds. We then had our next room to complete which was the guest bedroom. I wanted to utilise a PIP designer bed throw I had. Serena made us this fabulous roman blind, and we are very happy with it.

We are moving from Kew in London to sunny Henley on Thames... As soon our house has been renovated! We thought we'd get the chairs reupholstered to coincide with our move but with lockdown, we had to take them back to London temporarily. Luckily Serena wrapped them really well for their journey back. We will be in touch with Serena to have our roman blinds made as soon as we move into our completed house.

I had a very awkward ledge I wanted to make use of, so I asked Serena to design something for me. She came up with this wonderful seat padding and cushions all done in lovely velvet from Covertex. I now use it as a seating area and also a bed for my guests!

I wanted the blackest of black velvet, after many samples JAI managed to source the blackest velvet I have ever come across, we were thrilled with the outcome and the price quoted for the work was a third of what we had been quoted by a well know much larger company. We insisted on hand studding as well which set of the black velvet beautifully.

James Albert Interiors achieved all the seating in Spoon ready for the opening back some nearly three years ago. Since then we have had thousands or even millions of bums on these seats! We decided to revamp the seating after three years and asked Serena if she could redo the seating again for us last month in September 2019. This she did with complete ease almost over a weekend so we did not have to loose the seating we already had for our customers. Great job. Happy days.

We moved to Henley in 2017 and realized that our London curtains would not fit our new home. JAI altered our curtains to fit perfectly.
We then decided that our sofa needed a revamp so we commissioned JAI to give us ideas as to how we could do this. JAI came up with some fabulous ideas without us having to reupholster the complete sofa which suited our needs right down to the ground.
This year we went back to JAI again to get a loose cover made for our sofa bed. Serena”s attention to detail is the reason she is so successful…... she wants all her clients to be more than happy with the work she does.
